Vehicle Loop Detector for Industrial Gate Control with Dual Channel Detection and Relay Output
The Vehicle Loop Detector for Industrial Gate Control with Dual Channel Detection and Relay Output is designed for factories, warehouses, logistics centers, industrial parks, and other controlled vehicle entrances that require dependable ground-loop sensing. With two independent channels, CH1 and CH2, the detector can monitor separate induction loops and provide dedicated relay outputs for gate controllers, industrial doors, barrier systems, warning devices, or traffic management equipment. Depending on the selected mode, the two channels can operate independently or work together to recognize vehicle movement direction, helping industrial gate systems manage vehicle arrival, passage, and departure more accurately. This dual-channel architecture is especially useful for sites handling mixed traffic such as passenger cars, delivery vans, trucks, forklifts, and trailers.
For reliable field performance, the detector supports six selectable operating modes, 8-level sensitivity adjustment, four frequency settings, permanent presence detection, automatic reset, and a 20–2000 μH loop inductance range. The built-in Automatic Sensitivity Boost (ASB) function helps maintain stable detection of trucks, trailers, articulated vehicles, and high-chassis vehicles, while independent frequency adjustment can reduce interference when multiple induction loops are installed nearby. CH1 and CH2 status indicators provide clear visual feedback for vehicle detection and loop faults, and DIP-switch programming allows installers to configure operating mode, sensitivity, and frequency directly on site. Available in LD-200 100–240 VAC and LD-202 12–24 V versions, this industrial vehicle loop detector offers a flexible sensing solution for sliding gates, factory entrances, loading areas, logistics access lanes, and automated industrial traffic control systems.

The LD-200 series detector may be configured for any one of the following modes:
| Presence Mode | Pulse Mode |
| AB Logic Presence Mode(Barrier Operation) | AB Logic Pulse Mode(Counting Logic) |
(Switch1=S1)D3,D4,D5 and(Switch2=S2)D1,D2 Setting Special Functions(Mode1,2,3 Direction Detection. Mode4,5,6 Normal mode, two loop detection are separated.)
(Switch1=S1)D6 & D7 & D8 and (Switch2=S2)D3 & D4 & D5 Setting CH1 and CH2 Sensitivity Selection. (Eight Levels Choices)
(Switch1=S1)D9 & D10 and (Switch2=S2)D6,D7 Setting Frequency (20 K to 100 KHz).
Reset Button: Please note: The LD-200 must be reset every time a setting change is made to the Dip switches.
The loops are sealed using a “quick-set” black epoxy compound or hot bitumen mastic to blend with the roadway surface.
When installation, please keep the product plug and socket in the vertical direction
